Attention Bus Rider Parents: Busses 2, 5, 7 & 8 are running at least 30 minutes behind today. Students are coming back from a field trip today and there is heavy traffic on I-40 which is causing this delay. Please contact your child's school if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you.
Currently we are without power at Stafford Elementary and WECC. We have been told the issue has been identified with hopes of it being corrected soon. While the power is out, both sites are without the ability to receive phone calls or other messages through the app. We do want everyone to know that all students are safe and will be served lunch. WECC/Stafford Elementary Traffic Notification to Parents/Guardians:
Due to construction on Highway 54 there has been an increase in traffic near WECC and Stafford during drop off and pick up. For the safety and security of ALL students, we ask that you follow ALL drop off/pick up procedures for both WECC & Stafford. Please do NOT drop your student off at the old church parking lot West of WECC. The Weatherford Police Department has been notified of the compliance issues regarding street signs and cones not being followed and as a result will be sending additional units to patrol the area to ensure the safety of students and staff. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
